Today I am pleased to bring you another interesting interview from an author I have met in my "internet travels". MHC for short has an interesting tale to tell us!
Tell us a little bit about your book. What are the main highlights?
Looking Glass Shattered: Questions and Answers that Heal Old Wounds.
I love the number 3. This is a powerful number and it represents many of the symbols of power, which carry us through on a daily basis. Matter, light, and energy are the 3 things, which make up the Universe. Welcoming a person 3 times into your home is a gesture of hospitality. The symbol AUM looks exactly like the number 3. I dedicate the connection of AUM equals 3 throughout my book. It is the AUM located within our 3rd eye, which attaches us to the 3 of our inner-self team, humanity, and transcending light vibrations.
I have been randomly travelling across the country for two years now. Currently I am in Phoenix Arizona for at least one more week. I plan on going up to Northern Arizona as one of my next stops. I have always wanted to have as many bucket list items checked off before I kick the bucket. One of my goals is to stay in a Buddhist monastery. I also excited to travel through India, Asia, and other parts of the world to work on my second book! I see myself going to Los Angeles after my time in Arizona. This is the place where I can meet a lot of people who can help me with the products that will launch from My Human Compassion.
I have devoted my time and money to help others heal from illness and trauma. It is through these actions I gain my inner-self name of My Human Compassion and it’s acronym MHC.
I present the following writings in the form of a diary. This is my best way to heal old wounds and create healing workshops. These are true records of what happened over the course of my life. My diary confirms my thoughts and ideas over the last forty-five years.
I use the term first nation to refer to every human who has ever been born and will be born. Everyone is indigenous people to somewhere on this planet. Every person is a proud, accepted, and loved member of our shared tribal nation called humanity.
Everything and everyone is composed of transcending light vibrations - it is all living things and all non-living things. This is also referred to as divine energy. Each of us is a part of all oneness folding into past, present, future, known, and unknown.
A transcending light quest is a first nation-healing ceremony. This is when I left my home to spend unspecified days and nights travelling. My courage was to learn how to own deep attachments to universal transcending and healing my old wounds.
I was tired of my fourteen-year career in software technology. I sold all my possessions and put everything into what I call the transcending light quest backpack. This holds bare minimum clothing, food, and toiletries. It was April 2011 and I set off to explore the country. I jumped from an airplane to begin my quest.
I worked on the foundations to this diary during 2010. I needed this quest to complete it. My transcending light quest gave me golden insights into love, compassion, and healing. This new awareness owns my personal vision. This is my turning point in life to own evolutionary views on transcending. Transcending spirituality came to me while meeting new people, exploring new places, and owning personal transformations. My shadow inside a locate sign in Atlanta Georgia symbolize my quest for a new life.
Tell us a little about yourself. What is an interesting fact that you would like to share with the readers today?
My life has involved healing others and myself. I helped develop the infrastructure and raised thousands to support a halfway house in Knoxville Tennessee. This is the center my Mother started in the 1970s and it thrives today. Their mission educates others on overcoming addictions and how to resume a life after prison.
I gave my time and money to help heal homeless children in Atlanta Georgia. One of my greatest smiles is giving Christmas gifts and a dinner to a family of eight children who had never had Christmas. My golden compassion sprung forth to give them what they never had. I see the life-gratifying grin on these children’s faces when they got every present they had on their wish list.
I gave hundreds of my donated dollars to a foundation in Portland Oregon supporting the creation of new charities. I have worked at homeless and domestic abuse shelters teaching others on how to get a job. I shared my poetries of inspiration, hope, and joy. I donated clothes to help hurricane Irene victims in Vermont.
I became disappointed with popular therapy, self-help, and charity. Many charities are not donating the time and money, as I know they can. Some common therapy and self-help prevent our healing. This motivated me to help incubate others to create evolutionary healing self-help, therapies, and charities.
What is your favorite part about writing?
I love being able to express my ideas on how to heal Pangaea.
The popularity of the Internet and the ease of world travel make our world into a renewed Pangaea.
Some believe we are in the end of day’s time. I believe we are in a time of healing.
We are in an Age of Aquarius. The masculine has dominated over the feminine for far too many thousands of years. It is mandatory in this era that all the feminine in Pangaea rise up to completely equal the masculine. One of my many jobs is for each of us to recognize the equal masculine & feminine within ourselves and then bring this ownership into the 7.2 billion comprising humanity.
We can save humanity when we start enacting MHC programs such as sending Chief Executive Officers from the U.S. over to other countries where women are considered to be property. The more women can see that others can make it to the highest levels of success the more we can heal humanity.
What are you working on right now? Is it top secret?
I am working on the sequel to a Looking Glass Shattered.
It is not top secret. I am looking to visit India and Asia to be able to finish the second book.
I am focused on how we can heal old wounds at the community, state, and country levels.
Bologna or Ham?
I am trying to incorporate a somewhat vegetarian diet although meat does my body good.
I try to stick with fish and egg as my two main protein sources.
I could go for a Bologna Ham sandwich when my body craves it!
I listen to my body to see what is best to eat. This works best for me
Do you listen to music when you write?
I do love to listen to music.

What genre do you like to read?
I enjoy reading Self-Help, Inspiration, Adventure, Chick Flicks, the Oprah Book club, and Dali Llama type of books on compassion and healing.
I did go through the same slot canyons where the guy had to cut off his arm. I did not have to cut off my arm though because I remember my Boy Scouts training and I was prepared! I went with three friends and we were all helping each other get through some tough climbing there!
Two of the most important words are “Be Prepared” and this is what a Boy Scout does.

I wrote several short stories years ago yet never had the “gusto” to get them out their into print.

What advice would you give to new authors?
I would say show your work to as many people as you can.

I think there is opportunity to use free marketing such as Goodreads book giveaways, Twitter, and Facebook. It is also all about whom a person knows. I am using these resources to get my words out there into the universe. One of many exciting thing about having a completed book out there is it gives me immortality. Long after the time my human ashes are spread amongst the earth, My Human Compassion will thrive and continue to heal humanity into the coming eras.
